ANAPANA guided meditation, 20 minutes.
First, you will find a short introduction of the Anapana technique.
ANAPANA is the consciousness of the breath.
A bell will announce you the beginning and the end of the period of the meditation.
Secondly, I will guide you to this path of mindfulness, awareness, of the breath, during 20 minutes.
It is a good first step for to learn the technique and for to learn meditation by observing the natural flow of the breath.
It will help you to have more concentration in your daily life, to stay well centred by practicing this connection at the breath at anytime in our daily life. The breath connect us to our deep essence and nature.
It helps to stay calm and tranquil in any situation, to stay detach of any kind of situation, environment, to stay detach to the tough, to émotion, painfull sensation...
It connect us to the present moment...
