Whatever our age, our level of sports practice, our health will be closely associated with our physical condition, which allows us to accomplish daily activities without too much fatigue, with more energy, ease and ease. Having a good physical condition means having a sufficient reservoir of energy to accomplish all of our daily activities, whether professional, family, domestic, leisure, social ... without accumulating fatigue.
Being more enduring, more flexible, more flexible, stronger, more skilful and agile, contributes to physical, mental, emotional and social well-being.
The maintenance of our physical qualities and their development exert preventive effects against the appearance of cardiovascular diseases. It also acts very favorably on the reduction of anxiety, stress and our health in general. Conversely, their decrease will be accompanied by a loss of autonomy (dependence among the elderly, for example).
These qualities will play an effective role in the prevention of physical injuries, improve the quality of sleep and promote a better hygiene of life (tobacco, alcohol, poor nutrition ... greatly reduce our abilities and promote poor health) . We are then more aware of their effects on our physical and mental condition as well as social.
Improving your physical condition is not reserved for high-level athletes: everyone has the means to improve and act on their physical condition through a healthy lifestyle and regular physical activity (at least 30 minutes at the latest. at least 5 days a week). This activity should help develop cardio-respiratory capacity with moderate to high intensity.
