Who am I...?

Burma, 2020 et 2021 (Myanmar)

My name is Élodie, I am French, I have lived internationally since 2017 to date, when I left all my professional activities to start a world tour ...

My professional experience

I am professional in the relationship of help and psycho-social support (state graduate of social service, social worker). I worked for 6 years in the health sector, mental illness and disability, in psycho-social and psychiatric rehabilitation clinic, and in the associative field, for the Association of the Paralyzed of France.

I am also a professional in the field of fitness and well-being (state diploma of sports coach, fitness teacher), with certifications in Pilates, dynamic and Vinyasa Yoga, lesMills, zumba, strong, kuduro ... I have exercised in associations and in fitness centers, since 2012.

I have been practicing Reiki & energy healing since 2018, after my own personal experiences, as a receptionist, but also as a channel. I then carried out training and certification.

I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for about ten years and other types of meditation, meditation called "Vipassana", "Samatha", "Metta" (Buddhist meditation)... or even meditation of visualization, intention, energetic cleaning, expansion of consciousness.

The practice of meditation and the phases of full consciousness that it generates have never ceased to lead me to new paths, in order to bring me ever closer to my deepest nature. It's a long journey to re-discover the "self", and the world around us.

I studied Sounds and bath vibrations with Tibetan bowls in Nepal, during fews weeks. I learned how to use Tibetan bowls, singing and chanting bowls, for any yoga class, meditation and chanting class and how to use it in therapy as Chakra balancing therapy, Purification of elements therapy, bath and sounds of vibrations, as massage therapy and warm water therapy.

Life is a continually and perpetually learning process and experiences.

My interest are still above, trying to understand all the connection who make a better and healthier life for each being, for to go deeper in our own realisation in this world.

From young, I was really interested too in natural and ancient medicine, and I was reading a lot about Naturopathy, Homeopathy, phythotherapy, oiligotherapy... I was reading a lot for to know how to care myself with natural herbs and plants, vegetables, fruits... With natural products of the earth. I created my own supply with phythotherapy, herbs supply, essential oil supply as preventive or cure for support my immune system during the changement of the season, preparing cold season for example.

Now in Nepal, I discover Ayurveda medicine, ancient and natural medicine. I wish to can share soon about all this knowledge with searchers and company who works in this field.

Meditation...

I started to practice and learn on my own, at first, in nature, in a process of reconnecting with oneself, without really being aware of it.

I woke up, listening to my feelings, intuitions, listening to my deep nature, to my essence, and by the observation of all that is, and the union with nature, with the elements, to energies ....

Then, I wanted to continue to learn by reading, the practice of yoga, the discovery of different meditative practices: I thus made many meditative retreats, in Asia, Vipassana meditation, which are meditative retreats in silence and total introspection. These retreats were done in secular and free centers, and also in Buddhist temples (Theravada and Mahayana Buddhism), in Myanmar, Thailand, South Korea, Japan and Israel. For some of them, we meditated for 10 hours a day, in the most complete silence.

Suffice to say that these were experiences of incredible intensity on many levels ... emotional, mental, energetic, spiritual or even physical. Each of his retreats, of about ten days, was given in total benevolence, with generosity, sharing, non-judgment, respect, in total equanimity and without any financial participation constrained or imposed on the contrary of our society current: everything was with "DANA", the gift, the generosity, to help his neighbor, to thank, to share and without waiting in return ... if not that of being able to give in his turn, of also participating in this edifice.

What lessons, humility and wisdom! This is the path that awaits you on the path to mindfulness.

So yes, we can choose the society we want to live in. It is up to each of us to embody this choice, and to bring it to life through our beliefs, our thoughts, our actions, our joy and love, in our relationship to ourselves, to others and to our environment.

With all of these experiences, I now want to share, while continuing my own path of mindfulness and inner wisdom.

The path is a permanent flow of impermanence, a constant and permanent cycle of evolution in all its impermanence ...   So everything is yet to be created!
